The Midwife Center promotes wellness by providing exceptional, client-centered primary gynecological, pregnancy and birthing care in southwestern Pennsylvania’s only independent birth center.

Job Description:

As a Client Service Associate (CSA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and administrative functions. CSAs are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clients, handling phone calls, appointment check-ins and providing essential information about our services. We are seeking a compassionate individual with excellent customer service skills and a commitment to reproductive health.

Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)

Qualification:

● Certified Medical Associate (CMA) or Associate's degree

● 2 years professional experience in client service environment

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Computer proficiency and ability to use EMR system

● Experience in a healthcare office or medical setting

● Spanish speaking (preferred)

Salary and Benefits:

● Salary range: $33,000 - $45,600 per year, based on experience

● Health, dental and vision insurance

● 403b retirement plan with a 4% match after vesting period
